We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window on eligible items.

All returns must be processed via our Return Portal (ReturnGo). Returns via other methods (e.g. direct mail, drop-off, or email) will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed by us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To be eligible for a return:

The return must be initiated via the portal within 30 calendar days of the tracked delivery date.

The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included (unless packaging was damaged in transit).

You must provide proof of purchase (order number, email).

We’ve made it easy to check your delivery progress. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate deliveries.

To keep things clear and fair, here’s how our vouchers work.

1. Can I use a voucher code after I’ve placed my order?

Vouchers must be applied during checkout. They cannot be added, adjusted, or applied after an order has been placed.

2. Applying Multiple Vouchers

Only one voucher can be used per order. If you have more than one code, simply choose the one that gives you the best value. Voucher stacking is not permitted.

3. Sign-Up Voucher – Full-Price Items Only

  • Valid on full-price items only
  • Not valid on sale, promotional, or discounted items
  • One-time use per customer (unless stated otherwise)

4. Voucher Use During Sale Events

Most codes are disabled during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day). During these times, only the active site-wide promotion will apply.
