1. General Policy
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return window on eligible items.
All returns must be processed via our Return Portal (ReturnGo). Returns via other methods (e.g. direct mail, drop-off, or email) will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed by us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Return Portal Requirement
All returns must be initiated through our Return Portal:

The portal is the only accepted method to:
• Create a return authorisation
• Generate return shipping labels (if applicable)
• Track return status
Returns submitted outside the portal (without authorisation) may be rejected or delayed.
3. Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return must be initiated via the portal within 30 calendar days of the tracked delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included (unless packaging was damaged in transit).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, email).
- The item must not appear in the exclusion list (see Section 4).
We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for items that arrive damaged, worn, altered, or missing parts.
4. Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned (unless faulty, damaged, or shipped incorrectly):
- Final-sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items (e.g. 60% off or more)
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, or used
- Gift cards or vouchers
If an excluded item is returned, we may refuse it or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
5. Return Shipping, Fees & Portal Labels
For change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless stated otherwise for your region.
The portal provides prepaid return labels (where available). A return label fee applies based on your location and will be deducted from your refund once the return is processed.
If you are requesting an exchange, an invoice for the label fee will be issued; the return label will only be approved once the invoice is paid.

- Australia $15
- New Zealand $20
- United States $20
- Canada $25
- Rest of World $30
For returns due to fault, damage, or shipping error, Belle & Bloom will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs (upon approval via the portal).
The portal will clearly display whether you are responsible for shipping costs or label fees before you confirm the return.
6. Processing & Approval
After you submit your return through the portal and ship the item, it will be inspected upon arrival.
Within a few business days, you’ll be notified (via email or portal message) whether the return is approved or rejected.
If rejected, you’ll receive a reason and may be offered options (e.g. return to you or partial refund).
If approved, we will proceed to refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.
The refund amount covers the item price only (excluding original shipping), unless the return is for fault, damage, or error, in which case the original shipping will also be refunded.
If a return label fee or restocking charge applies, it will be deducted from your refund (shown in the portal).
Once approved, refund processing generally occurs within 1–2 business days of acceptance. Please allow up to 14 business days for total processing time, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
8. International Returns & Considerations
International customers are responsible for customs, duties, and taxes on returns unless explicitly covered for fault returns.
Return shipping costs for cross-border returns tend to be higher; in some cases, we may offer partial refunds or regional return centre options.
Some regions may not support prepaid labels; in those cases, you must arrange shipping yourself and provide tracking details.
Transit times may be longer due to customs or international logistics.
9. Policy Updates & Version Control
We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refund Policy or our Return Portal processes at any time.
The version posted on our website (with its effective date) is the one in force.
