Belle & Bloom Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Belle & Bloom Points Program (“Program”) operated by Belle & Bloom. By enrolling in, earning, or redeeming points, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a valid Belle & Bloom customer account.
• Participation is limited to individuals only; corporations, associations, or other groups are not eligible.
• Employees of Belle & Bloom and their immediate family members may be excluded from participation.

2. Enrolment

• Customers are automatically enrolled in the  Rewards Program when they create an account at belleandbloom.com.
• Enrollment is free of charge.
• Each customer may maintain only one Program account.
• Customers accounts are automatically generated when a customer places an order

3. Earning Points

• Points are earned on the purchase of eligible products from Belle & Bloom’s online store, excluding gift cards, shipping fees, taxes, and returns.
• Unless otherwise stated, members earn increments of 1000 points for every $100 AUD spent on qualifying purchases.
• Bonus points may be offered from time to time during promotions.
• Points will be credited to your account after your order has shipped and payment has been confirmed.

4. Redeeming Points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at checkout, subject to a minimum redemption threshold (e.g., 1000 points = $10 rewards value in store credit).
• Redemption values and thresholds are set by Belle & Bloom and may be changed at any time.
• Redemption values are applicable for reward sum increments of $10 per 1000 points, with a maximum of 5000 x points redeemed ($50) per new transaction on belleandbloom.com
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, or applied to shipping fees or taxes unless explicitly stated.
• Points may not be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise specified.

5. Expiry of Points

• Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned.
• Expired points cannot be reinstated.
• If your account remains inactive (no purchases or redemptions) for 6 consecutive months, all accumulated points may be forfeited.
• If unused reward points are accumulated will expire after 6 months, without exception

6. Returns & Adjustments

• If you return or cancel a purchase, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your balance.
• If your redeemed points are applied to an order that is later returned, those redeemed points will not be refunded to your account.

7. Program Changes & Termination

• Belle & Bloom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or to change these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
• If the Program is terminated, members will have 7 days to redeem any available points before forfit.

8. Non-Transferability

• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Points are personal to your account and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another member’s account.

9. Fraud & Misuse

• Belle & Bloom may revoke points or terminate accounts if fraudulent activity, abuse of the Program, or violations of these Terms are suspected.
• Such actions may also result in forfeiture of all accumulated points.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Belle & Bloom is not liable for any technical issues, system errors, or unauthorized access that may affect the Program.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle & Bloom disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Program.
