• Engaging with our customers over email and phone in the most friendly, fun and supportive ways possible.
Assist customers with their queries and issues related to their online orders.
• Working with our freight forwarders to track and manage our orders.
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills -
• The ability to turn negative customer sentiment into a positive interaction through patience, diligence and genuine desire to help
• The ability to multi task and manage multiple ongoing dialogues with different customers without any mix-ups
• An interest in fashion and style
• Experience in customer service
• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
