Everyday care

Avoid prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and heat. Keep perfume, oils, sanitiser and cosmetics away from the surface. Take extra care when pairing pale leather with dark denim, as colour may transfer.

Caring for smooth leather

Remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Use only cleaning or conditioning products suitable for the specific leather and finish. Test on a hidden area first. Avoid household cleaners, soaking and vigorous rubbing.

Caring for suede

Gently brush dry suede with a suede brush. Avoid smooth-leather creams and conditioners. If using a suitable suede protector, test it on a hidden area first. Consult a specialist for stubborn marks or oil stains.

If your item gets wet

Blot excess moisture with a clean, dry cloth. Allow the item to dry naturally away from heat and sunlight. Lightly support bags and footwear with clean, unprinted tissue without overfilling.

Clothing & storage

Follow garment labels and consult a cleaner experienced in leather and suede. Store bags in breathable dust bags, hang jackets on broad hangers and keep footwear supported. Store all items fully dry and avoid sealed plastic bags.
